D.E.L.I. Program
Developmental Education of Leadership Intensive
This impactful course is presented as a cohort twice a year to build the capacity of leaders. There is an emphasis on inner and outer development for this course. This means that along with the educational instruction for building the "know how" of a leader, we build the inner capacity of that leader also. This is so that emerging leaders understand they will be accountable for the decisions they make and everything will rise and fall on their shoulders.
Inner Principles: Discussed are self image, identity, personal mission, self awareness service and character development. Participants will learn evolution in leadership, personal significance and self leadership.

One cannot adequately lead others if they cannot, in character, lead themselves. Therefore mature character development is an extreme priority for the D.E.L.I. Program.

Know How: Instructions in Leadership is offered with a fresh look at building Missional Community via service. As a servant leader, it's necessary to learn the nature of the community you will be involved with serving. This is done through the strategy of relationships.
