The Bachelor’s in D.E.L.I (DEVELOPMENTAL EDUCATION OF LEADERSHIP INTENSIVE) is an impactful course that is presented to build the capacity of leaders. There is an emphasis on inner and outer development for this course. This means that along with the educational instruction for building the "know how" of a leader, we build the inner capacity of that leader also. This is so that emerging leaders understand they will be accountable for the decisions they make and everything will rise and fall on their shoulders. Discussed in this course are self image, identity, personal mission, self awareness service and character development. Participants will learn evolution in leadership, personal significance and self leadership.
